Mark Humphreys

Founder

Mark is the founder of Stratamark, bringing over 17 years of experience and leadership to the strata management industry.

His career began as an independent insurance assessor specialising in strata claims, where he quickly recognised a gap in the market for quality strata management services delivered with genuine care and value.

Motivated to raise the standard in the industry, Mark completed his formal studies in strata management and gained hands-on experience at one of Sydney’s large strata firms. Determined to deliver exceptional service without the high price tag, Mark took the step of establishing his own company.

With a strong foundation in both insurance and strata, Mark combines practical expertise with a passion for building long-term client relationships. His leadership has shaped a dedicated team, and a company culture focused on responsiveness, transparency, and professional excellence. Under his guidance, Stratamark continues to set a new benchmark in strata management.

George Kminiak

Licensee

George brings more than 13 years of strata management experience, supported by strong operational leadership and a thorough understanding of strata legislation.

As Licensee, he has focused Stratamark’s service model on responsiveness, clarity, and practical support for owners corporations and shareholders.

He oversees business performance, financial management, compliance, HR, and client relations to ensure the business operates smoothly.

George works closely with staff and clients, setting clear expectations and maintaining a management approach that reflects each client’s needs and priorities.

Frances Simmonds

Strata Manager

Frances joined Stratamark in 2011 and brings over 30 years of expertise in the property industry.

With a Strata Management and Real Estate license, she has also completed an Advanced Certificate in Property Agency and an Advanced Diploma in Property Valuation.

Beyond her qualifications, Frances has extensive hands-on experience in building management, apartment sales, leasing, and strata management. She has worked closely with building management committees, ensuring smooth operations and compliance. Her expertise spans residential and commercial Strata Title and Company Title properties, as well as Building Management Committees. Frances possesses a deep understanding of day-to-day management, budgeting, capital works planning, and building upgrade programs.

With her diverse background and industry knowledge, Frances is a valuable asset to the Stratamark team, ensuring your Strata Title property is managed with professionalism and efficiency.

Ronnie Fiala

Strata Manager

Ronnie joined the Stratamark team in 2019 and is a Class 2 licensed Strata Manager.

With over 35 years of diverse business experience—including property management, leading body corporates, personal training and injury rehabilitation clinics, and corporate sales management—he brings a well-rounded skill set to his role.

Having successfully managed numerous schemes, Ronnie has navigated a wide range of challenges, from building-wide defects to overseeing day-to-day repairs and maintenance. He takes a proactive approach to staying informed about evolving local council regulations and legislative changes, ensuring his clients remain compliant and their schemes run smoothly.

Highly committed to his clients, Ronnie understands the complexities of strata management and what it takes to effectively represent Owners Corporation. Hands-on and client-focused, he values the relationships he builds and takes great pride in delivering personalised, attentive service.

Harry Shakir

Strata Manager

Harry joined Stratamark in 2022 after working as a building manager of approximately 350 units and holds a class 2 Strata Management license.

Harry holds a graduate degree in Psychology from Macquarie University, and endeavours to apply the skills obtained through his education to his work. Harry’s passion for helping people has driven him to a career in Strata Management. He has superb communication, listening and problem-solving skills, and has become a valuable team member.

Riley Lukosius

Strata Manager

Riley joined the Stratamark team in 2024, having spent four years in Perth managing residential properties.

Riley brings a strong practical foundation to her role in strata management, including building maintenance, asset management, and client communication.

Since relocating to Sydney, Riley pursued a career in strata management, focusing on delivering reliable and well-organised outcomes for Owners Corporations. She applies a problem-solving approach and strong attention to detail to ensure strata schemes are managed efficiently.

Riley takes pride in providing proactive, professional service and supporting committees with clear advice and guidance.

Peta Collard

Strata Assistant

Peta joined the Stratamark team in January 2026, bringing with her valuable strata management experience.

She began her career in the strata industry in September 2025 and has quickly developed a passion for learning and building meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Peta holds a Certificate of Registration and is currently working towards obtaining her Strata Managing Agent License. She is committed to continually expanding her industry knowledge and providing friendly, reliable support to clients, always striving to deliver a positive experience.

Looking ahead, she aims to manage her own small strata portfolio and continue growing within the industry.

Kimberly Hatem

Strata Assistant

Kimberly joined the Stratamark team as a Strata Assistant after discovering her passion for the property industry.

With a Bachelor of Education, she brings a unique combination of strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, along with exceptional attention to detail and a genuine commitment to helping others.

Thriving in the fast paced environment of strata management, Kimberly enjoys working closely with clients, colleagues, and contractors to provide responsive, professional service and ensure the smooth day to day operation of the properties she assists in managing.

Currently completing her Certificate of Registration, Kimberly is dedicated to expanding her industry knowledge and building a long term career in strata. She is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, fostering positive relationships, and continuously developing her skills to provide the highest level of support to clients and the Stratamark team.

Jackson Luxford

Compliance Coordinator

Jackson oversees the Fire Safety, Insurance, and Lift compliance.

With over a decade of experience in the compliance field, he brings a practical, detail-focused approach and a solid track record in meeting regulatory requirements. Recently joining Stratamark, Jackson has quickly adapted to the role and is committed to maintaining high standards. He’s approachable and always happy to help with any compliance matters you may have.

Peyton Brown

Assistant

Peyton holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and has built strong capability across property management and client service.

He genuinely enjoys helping people and has a real passion for supporting others and building positive relationships. Peyton is committed to delivering reliable, friendly, and solutions focused service to Stratamark clients.
