Mark Humphreys

Founder / Licensee

Mark is the founder and licensee of Stratamark, bringing over 17 years of experience and leadership to the strata management industry.

His career began as an independent insurance assessor specialising in strata claims, where he quickly recognised a gap in the market for quality strata management services delivered with genuine care and value.

Motivated to raise the standard in the industry, Mark completed his formal studies in strata management and gained hands-on experience at one of Sydney’s large strata firms. Determined to deliver exceptional service without the high price tag, Mark took the step of establishing his own company.

With a strong foundation in both insurance and strata, Mark combines practical expertise with a passion for building long-term client relationships. His leadership has shaped a dedicated team, and a company culture focused on responsiveness, transparency, and professional excellence. Under his guidance, Stratamark continues to set a new benchmark in strata management.

George Kminiak

General Manager / Strata Manager

George commenced his career with Stratamark in 2013 and now has a wealth of experience spanning over 13 years.

He is a skilled strata manager specialising in the management of large residential, mixed-use, and company title properties.

With a deep understanding of strata legislation and industry best practices, he played a pivotal role in facilitating the collective sales of an owners corporation and a company title property, company title conversions, and strata subdivisions, demonstrating his expertise in navigating complex transactions.

His approach to strata management is grounded in proactive communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to building strong relationships with his clients. From overseeing financial matters to coordinating remedial projects and resolving disputes, he prioritises efficiency and transparency, delivering smooth operations for his owners corporations and shareholders.

George maintains very high standards, enjoys interacting with his clients, and will be a valuable member to help achieve your property goals.

Frances Simmonds

Strata Manager

Frances joined Stratamark in 2011 and brings over 30 years of expertise in the property industry.

With a Strata Management and Real Estate license, she has also completed an Advanced Certificate in Property Agency and an Advanced Diploma in Property Valuation.

Beyond her qualifications, Frances has extensive hands-on experience in building management, apartment sales, leasing, and strata management. She has worked closely with building management committees, ensuring smooth operations and compliance. Her expertise spans residential and commercial Strata Title and Company Title properties, as well as Building Management Committees. Frances possesses a deep understanding of day-to-day management, budgeting, capital works planning, and building upgrade programs.

With her diverse background and industry knowledge, Frances is a valuable asset to the Stratamark team, ensuring your Strata Title property is managed with professionalism and efficiency.

Ronnie Fiala

Strata Manager

Ronnie joined the Stratamark team in 2019 and is a Class 2 licensed Strata Manager.

With over 35 years of diverse business experience—including property management, leading body corporates, personal training and injury rehabilitation clinics, and corporate sales management—he brings a well-rounded skill set to his role.

Having successfully managed numerous schemes, Ronnie has navigated a wide range of challenges, from building-wide defects to overseeing day-to-day repairs and maintenance. He takes a proactive approach to staying informed about evolving local council regulations and legislative changes, ensuring his clients remain compliant and their schemes run smoothly.

Highly committed to his clients, Ronnie understands the complexities of strata management and what it takes to effectively represent Owners Corporation. Hands-on and client-focused, he values the relationships he builds and takes great pride in delivering personalised, attentive service.

Harry Shakir

Strata Manager

Harry joined Stratamark in 2022 after working as a building manager of approximately 350 units and holds a class 2 Strata Management licence.

Harry holds a graduate degree in Psychology from Macquarie University, and endeavours to apply the skills obtained through his education to his work. Harry’s passion for helping people has driven him to a career in Strata Management. He has superb communication, listening and problem-solving skills, and has become a valuable team member.

Riley Lukosius

Strata Assistant

Riley joined the Stratamark team in 2024, bringing a strong background in property management.

Having spent four years in Perth managing residential properties, she developed a keen understanding of client relations, property maintenance, and asset management. After relocating to Sydney, she pursued a career in strata management, obtaining her Certificate of Registration and working towards her Strata Management License.

Riley is committed to providing exceptional service to Owners Corporations, using her problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure the smooth operation of their schemes. She approaches every challenge with professionalism and dedication, striving to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.

Aiden Smith

Strata Assistant

Aiden joined the Stratamark team in 2024, bringing with him extensive experience from his real estate career, which began in 2016 after graduating high school.

Over the years, Aiden has built a reputation as a dedicated professional. He holds a real estate license and a certificate of registration in Strata, and is actively working towards his Strata Management License. With nearly a decade of experience in the property industry, Aiden is committed to going above and beyond for his clients while fostering lasting, positive relationships. Looking ahead, Aiden aspires to manage his own strata portfolio.

Accounts Payable

Glenda is the friendly face behind our accounts payable, with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills, Glenda ensures that the accounts are always in tip-top shape.

Known for her warm personality and unwavering professionalism, she’s an integral part of the Stratamark team.

Sarah Kensington

Office Assistant

Sarah recently completed a Bachor of Arts and now brings her organisational skills and attention to detail to the team.
