Legislation

Legislation plays an important role in strata. Everything the owners corporation and/or the executive committee does is regulated mainly by the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015. In addition to this, strata managers and their agency agreements are regulated by the Property, Stock and Business Agents Act 2002.
